BullTech Informatica was founded near Milan with a clear mission: bring enterprise-level IT services to small and medium businesses. The first 5 clients trusted us with complete infrastructure management. Our operational headquarters is strategically located to serve the entire Lombardy region.
The team grew to 3 people and we earned our first Microsoft Partner certification. We began managing Office 365 migrations and Windows Server activations for professional firms and small manufacturing companies. Cloud specialization became one of our pillars.
We established our partnership with WatchGuard and specialized in business cybersecurity. Firewalls, VPNs and perimeter protection became integral parts of our offering. Client numbers exceeded 20 and we began serving businesses beyond the Milan area.
The Veeam partnership consolidated our expertise in backup and disaster recovery. We reached 50 active clients and introduced proactive support contracts with fixed monthly fees: the MSP model took shape. Clients appreciated cost predictability and support quality.
The pandemic accelerated digitalisation for Italian SMEs. Within weeks we enabled dozens of businesses for secure remote working: corporate VPNs, remote workstations, video conferencing, endpoint security. We activated extended remote support and positioned ourselves as a reference for remote working in Italy.
New partnerships with Bitdefender and NinjaOne completed our technology stack. The full-service MSP model became reality: 24/7 proactive monitoring, centralized endpoint management, advanced protection against ransomware and malware. The team expanded with specialists dedicated to cybersecurity and cloud.
With the NIS2 directive coming into effect, we supported businesses in their compliance journey. We exceeded 100 active clients and the team reached 6 certified specialists. GDPR consulting and cybersecurity training for employees became key services in our portfolio.
We integrated artificial intelligence into our monitoring and support processes. The team strengthened further, we exceeded 120 active clients and expanded our headquarters to accommodate new operational workstations. BullTech is now the IT reference point for SMEs across Northern Italy and beyond.
